DivasLips offers SeneGence® and LipSense® products for sale through this website. Product availability, colors, packaging, pricing, and selection may change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, shade information, pricing, and availability.

DivasLips currently ships within the United States.

Shipping options and charges are displayed during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

DivasLips is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for exchange. Opened or used cosmetic and personal care products are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers should contact DivasLips before returning any merchandise.
